Here at Cut to Size our class leading edge banding machines use laser control and PUR glue to provide perfect edging solutions for your cut to size materials. Edge banding doesn't just add to the aesthetic, it also seals and protects from water ingress.
With hundreds, if not thousands of edge band tapes you get the matching (or contrasting) edges that you want.
Thickness Range
We can edge boards from 10mm through to 60mm in thickness and provide those edges at 1mm, 2mm and even 0.3mm paint for those precise MDF end grains. For practical application, we require sheets to be at least 135mm by 135mm in size to successfully apply edging.
What do you mean by
PUR Glue
Low grade edge banding solutions often use hot melt glues which do not have the same adhesion qualities as PUR. Proven PUR technologies offer increased bond strength and immediate adhesion that stands up to temperature changes and water. Aside from these qualities the edges require half the glue of hot melt meaning cleaner and thinner finishes.
