Once cut, drilled and edged we can apply your chosen paint finish in a thickness and colour of your choice in our custom pressurised and heated paint booth.
Whether you want PU or water based paint and lacquers we ensure your boards are finished all round, including edges. Our team can colour match any RAL colour codes and can also provide paint finishes from leading paint brands like Dulux or Farrow & Ball.
Quality Finishing Process
Each paint layer is immaculately finished and sanded between coats and once dried our packing team take over to protect them for shipping to you or your customer's door.
What if you just need
Lacquer?
We are aware that sometimes the natural grain of the wood is all you want to see, and protecting that grain is all you need from us. With that in mind we offer a matt lacquering service with a 10% sheen finish.

Are panels labelled?
Unfortunately, unlike our other board cutting services we do not currently label individual painted panels. We just have not found the perfect adhesive (yet).
Can you paint CNC panels?
We sure can. Grooved, cut or profiled, we'll get every edge for you and your bespoke project.
How long will it take?
We'd love to say tomorrow, and sometimes it's been known. But the reality is you should expect 7-10 days. So plan ahead, and talk to our experts.
